Sudden ROES Crashes During Use


We have had numerous reports of sudden ROES Client crashes since Sept 9th.  After researching we found an update to a video program called is the culprit.  The program released an update 9/8/16 that apparently caused this, as reports of ROES randomly crashing began flooding in the next 2 days.  Removing this program via Windows Control Panel - Programs resolves the crash issues with ROES and other programs.

On 9/29/16 released an update that may resolve the issue (

Bug Fixes


  • Fixed the connected account disappearing from Client Accounts tab after client restart.
  • Fixed a problem that caused crashes in some games and other non-game applications.
