Solution

A launch failure indicating that cached ROES files are too old to use is usually caused by antivirus, security software, malware or adware blocking the download of ROES resources that are refreshed every couple of weeks.

Find the offending software package(s), disable and verify a successful installation/launch.

List of known applications that may cause this. Not limited to this list:

- Premier Opinion Adware

- Comodo Anti Virus

- Relevant Knowledge
