ROES Server - Error at startup

The ROES Server may fail to start with error:

Database Connection Error: integrity constraint violation: unique constraint or index violation; SYS_PK_10128 table: GENERATEORDERID

To fix:

1.   Go into the server home folder under C:\Users and your username, such as C:\Users\Admin\.ROESSAServer.  

2.  Delete/send to Recycle Bin all files starting with ProductionInfo... EXCEPT for the 'ProductionInfo.xml' file.  

3.  Once done launch from desktop icon and it should open and rebuild files properly.
