ROES Unexpectedly Quit

Trouble launching ROES from both the .dmg and .jnlp. The app crashes during launch, immediately after the "Creating Products" prompt or the launch can be successful and crash occurs on product selection.

Possible causes/Solutions

1- A non standard font is installed./Restore Standard Fonts. A good article on the task here.

2 - ROES client or ROES Web Start has been set as an application that should be backed up to the iCloud Drive.

Look for an iCloud Drive in Finder. If none exists this issue is not an iCloud Drive issue.
Remove any ROES related application including ROES Web Start.
See if that corrects the launch issue.

3 - A user account issue.

Create a new user. Login to the new user and try launching the ROES client.
