ROES Web - stuck on uploading images xx/xxx

ROES Web appears to be stuck uploading images on the final checkout pane. This can be caused by a network interruption during the upload process. For a large order that takes time to upload the interruption can be caused by the computer going to sleep.

To determine which image or images are a problem return to the cart.

Refresh the browser.

Scroll through the items in the cart looking for ones that have a placeholder image, see screen shot.

Mouse over the item and make a note of the name of the file used in the item. Delete the item

Repeat for all bad items.

Add new items using the images notes when deleting the item.

Complete the order
