Mac Launch Issue - Hangs on Creating Products

Newer Mac computers primarily those with Apple M1 processors can exhibit a launch issue where the client hangs on creating products. This is an Apple hardware/Java integration issue that we are working to address.

In the interim:

Make sure your installed Java is up to date. Visit Java.com for the latest Java.

On the labs launch page, usually www.roeslaunch.com/ROES/labs/<LABNAME>. <LABNAME> should be substituted for the name of the lab, look for the launch.jnlp link. This will be in the bottom half of the page titles "ROES Via Java Web Start"
