ROES launch hangs at Done - content not allowed in prolog

If the ROES startup or launch hangs at Done there is likely some file corrupted in the local structure.  Go into the .labname folder and check the roeslog file.  Look for any entries near the end like content not allowed in prolog and/or error loading customer.xml.  If the customer.xml file is specifically mentioned, delete it and the launch should then start OK.  If that file is not specifically mentioned and only the content not allowed in prolog is, try deleting the colors.xml.
